Welcome to The Rehearsal Room Consulting

Every great performance begins in a rehearsal — a space to explore, experiment and grow. Imagine if workplaces offered the same; places where people could play, pause, reflect and practice new ways of thinking and working before stepping into action.

Who we are

Colleagues gathered around a table, sketching ideas together

The Rehearsal Room Consulting is a Learning & Development firm built on a simple belief that real transformation happens in practice. We create those spaces where teams can pause, play, reflect and safely try again.

Using applied theatre, storytelling and creative facilitation, we design immersive learning experiences that allow individuals and teams to experiment with new ways of thinking, communicating and leading before taking them into real-world situations.

We bridge the distance between awareness and action, intention and behaviour, purpose and performance, helping organizations turn insight into real, sustainable behaviour.

What we do

A facilitator leading a group session while participants listen

We bring Art-Based Facilitation into workplaces, classrooms and learning environments to create spaces where individuals and teams can explore, express and experiment with new ways of working.

Through dialogue, applied theatre and creative exploration, we help organizations build cultures of expression, acceptance and empathy. In our sessions, learning isn’t delivered; it’s discovered, practiced and embodied.

Every experience is an invitation to rehearse the change you aspire to create, both individually and collectively.

How we do it

We use the arts as a catalyst for deeper inquiry, inviting people to question assumptions, examine behaviours and explore new ways of working. Through Applied Theatre, Storytelling and Creative Facilitation, we create sessions where participants reflect, dialogue and act.

Our approach helps teams move from awareness to embodiment, so change isn’t just understood, but practiced in real time. Each session is a rehearsal: a space to experiment with possibilities, interrupt unhelpful patterns and practice more conscious ways of thinking, relating and leading.

Why us

A smiling woman standing in an office

Change unfolds through moments of awareness, reflection and conscious choice. We create those moments.

We believe learning happens when people connect with their stories, emotions, strengths and untapped potential. Using art-based facilitation, we turn workplaces into spaces of exploration and discovery. Here, participants don’t just talk about collaboration, leadership or empathy; they practice it, feel it and live it.

When individuals grow in trust and collaboration, organizations grow in performance. They evolve into more agile, innovative and purpose-driven spaces where growth is not just an outcome, but a lived culture.

We imagine a world where workplaces nurture empathy, where awareness replaces judgment, dialogue replaces silence, curiosity sparks innovation and reflection fuels growth.

Meet the founder of The Rehearsal Room Consulting

Divya, Art Based Facilitator

Divya, Art Based Facilitator

Divya is a practicing Art Based Facilitator with expertise in Theatre for Learning & Development and Storytelling. She partners with participants to co-create desired outcomes and creates an environment for risk-taking in a safe, non-judgemental space.

She focuses on the process and the systems that lead to the goal, which means habit formation and culture change. She encourages participants to first acknowledge their struggles, then discover in themselves the power to create change. This helps recognise and overcome self-limiting beliefs and creates the ‘will’ to develop the ‘skill’.
